We want you to represent the Miami HEAT with pride, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your gear within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached; please note that customized jerseys and final sale items are non-returnable.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your Miami HEAT merchandise in its original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 7-10 business days.
